BeFit Body & Mind is here to serve you! We offer Aromatherapy, Yoga classes & private instruction, and Health Coaching. At BeFit Body & Mind our mission statement is to Educate & Motivate. We promote an educational aspect and give clients access to where these ideas come from, and back them with data in our approach to yoga practices including meditation and breathing exercises, use of aromatic herbs and oils for our skin, herbal home remedies, stress reduction and wellbeing, and foods that promote your health and the health of our Ecology. We started in 1990 offering personal training, individualized exercise programs, and food education.
