If it is free for people to attend, it is free to post, on any plan, including the Free plan. That covers both events and experiences, and there is no limit on how many you post. Charging admission is what costs: that listing is $10.00. Plus includes one paid listing every month and charges $5.00 after that, and Pro includes unlimited. Plus's included listing is counted per calendar month, so it comes back on the 1st, and a paid listing you have finished with frees its slot again the moment you switch it off. Your first free event is reviewed before it publishes, usually within one business day. After that, free events publish immediately, just like paid ones.
What does it cost to post on the Trading Post?+
Nothing, on any plan, and you do not need a plan at all. Items for sale, giveaways, and garage sales are all free to post. Every listing includes analytics and stays active for 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?+
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card number, and every payment runs over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection.
Do you offer multi-location or franchise plans?+
Pro covers up to 5 locations under one account, each with its own page and its own analytics. Plus covers one listing per subscription, so a second Plus listing is a second subscription; Pro works out cheaper from the fifth listing on. If you manage 6 or more, contact our team for bulk onboarding, centralized account management, volume pricing, and consolidated analytics.
Do I have to manage it constantly to get my money's worth?+
No. Set your listing up once and it keeps working: it stays on the map, in search, and in the weekly local emails. Adding updates, coupons, FAQs, and photos helps you stand out, but your listing earns its keep whether you log in daily or not.
