TownVue – Refund & Cancellation Policy

TownVue offers subscription-based listings for businesses, events, and experiences. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.


1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused listings, or early cancellations.

3. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension or removal of listings.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review or termination.

4. Changes to This Policy

TownVue reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted with an updated date.
