Down Syndrome Support Team

We provide support and resources to individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. We work with our community to build an accepting environment where every individual can contribute and reach their fullest potential. The Down Syndrome Support Team located in SE Michigan offers play groups, outings, Parent's & Mom's nights out, and provides activities and classes such as dance, karate, swim lessons, and more for children and adults with Down syndrome. Our main goal is to connect families with a community and resources, increase awareness and acceptance of Down syndrome in our local communities, and help individuals with Down syndrome to reach their full potential. Every donation is used 100% towards outreach, activities, and the Down syndrome community. We are run completely by parent volunteers and have no paid positions or overhead.
