An Evening in Tuscany: Somm Slam Wine Dinner

Join us at Birmingham Pub for An Evening in Tuscany, a special edition of our Somm Slam wine dinner featuring the rich flavors and traditions of Italy’s most celebrated wine region.

Enjoy a lively head to head tasting experience with six Tuscan wines paired alongside a three course dinner inspired by the region’s classic cuisine. Each wine will be poured blind, allowing your palate to decide the favorite before the selections are revealed at the end of the evening.

About the experience

Join us for a delicious evening of Tuscan-inspired food and wine fun as we host our Sommelier Challenge, featuring wines from two distinguished Tuscan estates! Our corporate Sommelier, Lisa Ribaudo, will pair against Sean Mankowski, Sommelier and District Manager for Palm Bay Imports, in a ‘dueling dinner.’

Each course, prepared by our Executive Chef, and inspired by the beautiful region of Tuscany, will be paired with wines that each of the competing sommeliers have hand selected to match the dish. Vote, per course, to decide on the best wine pairing, and the winner (best of 3) will be crowned the champion!
