20Fathoms is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that supports entrepreneurs in Northern Michigan through startup support, coworking space, and events.

Programs include: CO.STARTERS Core — a 12-week cohort-based program that helps entrepreneurs move from ideas and assumptions to real insights about their customers, their market, and how their business can work in the real world. Customer Discovery: Find Your Market & Build What Matters — a 5-week cohort that gives entrepreneurs a structured, evidence-driven process to identify their market. Breakfast Lab — weekly virtual sessions featuring local entrepreneurs and experts. Startup Coaching — weekly drop-in coaching sessions both virtual and in-person in Traverse City. Founder Accountability Huddle — virtual accountability circles for entrepreneurs. TCNewTech Pitch Competition, Women in Tech Meetups, Indigenous Programming, and Access to Capital resources.
