Accelerated Academy was founded in 2011 by Dr. Jarrad Bencaz. His original desire was to solve his staffing issue by holding dental assisting schools within his practice and to create an affordable option for those pursuing dental assisting.

After years in the field, he saw too many motivated people unable to pursue healthcare careers because of time or cost. So, he built something different — a hands-on, short-term program designed to get students career-ready quickly and confidently.

What began as a single dental assisting class soon evolved into a full academy serving thousands of students nationwide. As demand grew, Accelerated Academy expanded beyond dental assisting to include other high-impact healthcare pathways, such as pharmacy technician, helping even more students launch fulfilling careers in the medical field.
