I am attorney Alan Fister, and I have been proudly serving the legal needs of businesses and individuals for more than 30 years.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University with honors. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt Law School. I am admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Tennessee. I have been a member of the Tennessee Bar since 1984. My practice includes transactional work as well as litigation, primarily in Tennessee Chancery and Probate courts.
