Alchemy Bakehouse is a Knoxville-exclusive purveyor of visually stunning, darkly delicious works of cookie art. Every creation is produced in small batches in our own sparkling-clean, certified commercial bakery.

Our Alchemists handcraft each cookie using the finest ingredients, thoughtfully sourced both locally and from across the globe. Every cookie is unapologetically oversized—no less than a quarter pound, with select varieties approaching half a pound. These cookies are a true indulgence meant to be savored, not rushed. We bake 5 new cookies every week from a pool of 170 (and growing), so there is always something new and delicious to taste.

You can find our cookies Wednesday - Sunday at our storefront inside Marble City Market Food Hall (near downtown Knoxville), at Sunago Coffee Co. in Hardin Valley, or available by the dozen for delivery within a 50-mile radius of Knoxville.
