Amped is a free program that uses music and technology as a catalyst to empower youth and their families to work as a team, learn how to express themselves effectively, and develop into healthy, productive members of our community and the world. The Amped Music Academy empowers youth to work as a team, learn how to express themselves effectively, and develop into healthy, productive members of our community and the world, all while growing creatively through writing, performing and producing music. With the support of our community partners, Amped Technology Workforce Training provides a selection of advanced technology training and employment opportunities with Louisville-based companies and corporations, removing disparities in the field of technology. The Russell Technology Business Incubator provides the support small Black and Brown businesses need to launch in West Louisville and surrounding communities.
