It is lightly bubbly, with a little 'tang'... Well, why is Apple Blossom Kombucha so special? Because we make kombucha as close to the traditional way as possible while sourcing as local as we can. We use a blend of teas, MI sugar, and we use the REAL fruits, vegetables, and herbs from farmers we know!... Unlike many of the large kombucha companies our kombucha is unpasteurized and raw. However still tested and analyzed in a Michigan Lab & Distillery!... One of which is why our kombucha will always be bottled in glass! To keep things as pure, clean, nontoxic, and as fresh for you as possible.
