I'm David Lapp, owner of Applied Health and Massage, and I've been a massage therapist for more than 10 years. Though familiar with a wide range of massage techniques, I specialize in outcome-based massage: I take a direct approach to target your individual needs and preferences. Whether you want to reduce chronic pain or are just looking to supplement your current wellness routine, I'm certain that I can develop a plan for you. My therapeutic massage incorporates techniques from a wide variety of modalities that focus on addressing muscular and skeletal issues. Those modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports-Focused Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy, and more." Services offered: 30-minute ($50), 60-minute ($100), and 90-minute ($150) sessions. Additional services such as hot stone, aromatherapy, and cupping are included in the base price.
