Hi, I’m Jamie! My passion for health and wellness began in high school and has guided my journey ever since. I discovered barre3 in 2019 and after just one class, I knew I had found my fitness home. The studio quickly became my safe space—and I was hooked.

In 2020, I trained to become an instructor and by 2022, I was honored to step into the role of Studio Owner of the Milwaukee Third Ward studio.

I’m deeply passionate about helping others celebrate what their bodies are capable of, both inside and outside the studio. Building a supportive and empowering community has always been my dream and I’m so grateful to now bring that vision to life in Brookfield—creating a space where everyone feels welcome, strong, and confident.

When I’m not at the studio, you can find me running along the lake, relaxing at home, or exploring the Milwaukee area with my husband, Kyle, and our two goldendoodles, Kona and Leila.
