I created Bon Manger 10 years ago and have a lifetime of entertaining experience that began with my grandmother in Louisiana.

Developed to be a catering business focused on bringing clients an experience that exceeds their expectations, we prepare recipes grown from southern Louisiana traditions that are a fusion of Creole and American styles.

Each menu is uniquely created with the client, as are the displays. The unique crystals spread throughout our catering displays are just a touch of personality that bring you back to a warm feeling of classic and historical entertaining, with fine china.

From continental breakfasts to boxed lunches to buffet style lunches and dinners to extravagant soirées, Bon Manger always delivers superb taste, excellent service and elegant displays, while achieving the client’s desires well within their event budget.
