At Button Bakery, every loaf of bread tells a story. Founded in Evanston by Oran Rankin and Sara Rathbun, our bakery is rooted in community, tradition, and care. Before the sun rises, Oran is already at work—measuring, mixing, and tending to dough with the gentle rhythm of music playing and coffee brewing.
