C & R Asphalt employs approximately 115 people and runs as many as 12 different crews during the peak season. We have employees who have been dedicated to the success of our company for more than 25 years. We pride ourselves on our relentless work ethic, our dedicated employees, and our state-of-the-art equipment. Started by two life-long friends, Steve Coleman and Rick Roy, who spent their college summers working in the asphalt paving and sealcoating industry. C & R Asphalt has become the largest independent asphalt contractor in Central Kentucky.
