Meet Emily Raibourn, the Agency Director of Caring Senior Service Milwaukee. At the heart of Emily’s work is a deep and genuine care for people. Her journey into caregiving began at 16, when she formed a lifelong friendship with Stephen, a boy with cerebral palsy who is nonverbal. That early connection shaped her commitment to being present, compassionate, and supportive—values that continue to guide her leadership today.

Emily is naturally warm, attentive, and grounded in integrity. She believes in building trust through consistency and showing up for others in meaningful ways. She is dedicated to ensuring every senior served by the Milwaukee office feels seen, respected, and well cared for.
