Cement Masons Local 404 serves as the union local and training organization for cement masons, providing:

1. Representation of cement masons and plasterers in construction trade work
2. A Joint Apprenticeship & Training Program (JATC) with classroom and on‑the‑job training for apprentices in cement masonry
3. Support for members’ careers in concrete finishing, plastering, and related crafts
4. Apprenticeship applications and pre‑apprenticeship instruction to develop professional skills
