Cheesecakes by Ken started as a result of my wife telling me I should sell my cheesecakes. Selling by word of mouth got me to slowly expand my selections, constantly improve the baking technique and figure out how to bake everything from scratch. I enjoy combining texture with flavor to produce an awesome-tasting artisan cheesecake. I incorporate home-made crusts and ingredients to make my cheesecakes gluten-free.
