Meet the Chef

After a 20-year career in Corporate Event Planning, I decided to switch gears to pursue my passion for preparing and serving beautiful, creative cuisine sourced from local organic farms. The food I love to prepare is inspired by my Middle Eastern heritage fused with the European elegance and flair I learned while living in France and collaborating with many amazing chefs during high-end events I organized as an event planner.

Since starting as a personal chef in 2006, my clientele has grown to include entertainment artists, physicians, business professionals and professional athletes in the Nashville area who rely on healthful and flavorful cooking to stay in shape and enhance their stamina and performance. Some of my notable clients include Scott Hamilton, figure skating professional; Jason Arnott, captain of the Predators; Alan Jackson and Brad Paisley, country music artists; and Ashley Judd, actor, among others.

I now live on a small farm in the Leipers Fork area of Franklin, Tennessee, where I grow some of the ingredients for my menu, especially herbs, lettuces, and some vegetables. I also host small private events or dinners on occasion. My farm companions include a variety of hens that enjoy the best diet (of any chicken I know) and provide eggs for many of my dishes. My other companions, while not involved in the cuisine, are simply fun to watch and have their own roles on the farm.
