This year, we celebrate our twentieth anniversary! Our beautiful desserts and mouth-watering pastries are made in-house from scratch, with the utmost attention to detail. We seek out the best ingredients for all our products (no shortening or preservatives here) in order to bring you truly fresh, special desserts and sweets every day.

Cocoa Bean also specializes in wedding and custom cakes. We take pride in creating the perfect cake for your wedding or event, and we enjoy helping to make your special day memorable and perfect!

Owner and pastry chef Paul Saucedo is a graduate of Kendall College of Chicago. His culinary career spans more than 25 years at such prestigious restaurants and hotels as The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Chicago, Rhapsody Restaurant in Chicago, and the Grand Hotel Adolphus in Dallas.
