We began in 2004 as Lifestyle Real Estate Services with a simple goal: selling homes.

Starting exclusively within Lifestyle Communities, we helped first-time buyers find their place in LC’s growing neighborhoods. What began as a niche focus on LC condominiums soon became something more—because we realized our greatest strength wasn’t just selling homes but forming meaningful connections.

In 2017, we became Collective House Realty, expanding our people-first real estate approach across Central Ohio. With deep local knowledge, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for matching clients with the right home and community, we go beyond buying and selling—we help people find where they truly belong
