Complete Health was originally established in 1976 by Jim Ehmke, CN, and Karen Ehmke, MS, RD. The business was transferred to Jason and Marcus Siczkowycz in 2003.

The mission of Complete Health has always been empowerment and education, focused on optimizing health and addressing underlying causes of common health concerns.

Jason Siczkowycz is the President of Complete Health, Inc., and has maintained a holistic health practice since 1997. He is a Registered Natural Health Practitioner through the International Association of Natural Health Practitioners and a Dietary Supplement Specialist TM (DSS). After acceptance into a top aeronautical engineering program, he discovered his passion for health and the human body. He subsequently studied at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and then completed an apprenticeship at Complete Health under Jim Ehmke, CN. He also earned Certification in Enzyme Therapy from the Loomis Enzyme Institute in 1999 and Certification in Biofeedback Therapy in 2001. Jason most recently completed a 6-week course on Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention through the University of California-San Francisco, and a Vitamin, Mineral, and Nutraceutical course through Huntington University of Health Sciences, Tennessee. He is proud to carry on the tradition of his great grandfather, Otto Stenus, who was a successful author and health/fitness expert with a practice in the Chicago area for over 30 years. Jason was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, his wife is a Licensed Professional Midwife, and they are the proud parents of four beautiful children.
