Hey there! I’m Claire. Welcome to Dollop Shop! My team and I are dedicated to making everything from scratch right here in our little kitchen. You won’t find any mixes, jars of premade filling, or store-bought icing in our shop. Here’s what you WILL find: Beautifully made custom cakes. We offer a delectable array of flavors and make them fresh for each order, then carefully decorate them. We are happy to work from inspiration photos, but our best work is done when you give us full creative control and let us wow you! Fresh, hand-made pastries and sweets. We always have our pastry cases stocked with hand-made croissants, pain au chocolat, cupcakes, mini cheesecakes, macarons, and caramel-stuffed chocolate chip cookies for purchase in our shop. Seasonally, we carry cinnamon rolls, pies, tarts, and more. The best way to see what we have is to come in!
