A craft distillery that produces "grain-to-glass" spirits using locally sourced, non-GMO grains. Their product line includes Linkumpinch Bourbon and American Dry Gin. They offer production tours and tastings at their main facility in Franklin, and they have an additional tasting room in Cave City.
