In addition to my previous career in respiratory therapy, I am a licensed massage therapist and trained in craniosacral fascial therapy (the Gillespie Approach) in 2022. I am passionate about helping people and love exploring holistic approaches to health and wellness. As a homeschooling, hockey mom, I'm constantly on the go. In my free time, I love reading lighthearted novels and deep medical articles, taking photos, and boating on Lake Cumberland. I also enjoy working as "sound girl" for my husband's band, Whiskey Business. Originally from the Detroit area, Richmond has been my home since 2004. My boys were born in 2002 and 2009.
