Fado Pub & Kitchen

From Dublin, Ireland, to Dublin, Ohio, local Publican and owner/operator Ian Montgomery (Monty) is excited to debut a new concept, Fadó Pub and Kitchen. We are located in the vibrant Bridge Park District and combine the fun, energy, and connection of an Irish pub with a kitchen that passionately serves fresh, accessible, European-inspired food.

Local sourcing is a menu mainstay for both the food and beverage programs. Our coffee and espresso, our draft beer, spirits, and many meats and produce are from suppliers in Ohio. We are committed to partnering with local vendors when possible.

All of the decor was constructed and imported from Monty's hometown of Dublin, Ireland. Our bright and open floor plan creates a casual environment that encourages guests to linger and connect.
