Rental prices are for no more than 6 hours of party time. Opening and closing times are prompt. Additional hours may be purchased if necessary. The premises must be vacated by 12 AM Monday through Saturday and by 9 PM on Sunday.

Rental fees include set up, normal clean-up, and bartender(s).

A contract must be signed with a nonrefundable deposit of half (50%) of the rental fee plus the $200 security deposit to guarantee your requested date. Final payment is due 15 business days before the date of your event
