Flyway Brewing has always been guided by the natural rhythm of the Mississippi Flyway – the vast migratory route that connects continents, ecosystems, and communities. Inspired by that path, we craft small-batch beers and fresh, locally inspired food that celebrate connection, collaboration, and craft.

In 2024, Flyway expanded its wings to Memphis, taking flight in a space rich with local history. Formerly home to High Cotton Brewing, our Edge District taproom continues that legacy of craftsmanship while bringing an expanded beer lineup, handcrafted cocktails, and a full-service restaurant with a menu designed to pair perfectly with every pour.
