Items required two weeks before rental:

Please verify your interested date is available on the calendar of events page.

Check for the above amount owed to Fox River Estates Improvement Association. Please ensure annual dues have been paid or they will be owed at time of rental.

Payments can be made via check or through Zelle QR code. ​

When paying by check, please provide a separate check for $200 security deposit, which will be returned or destroyed ​after review of clean-up.

Paying electronically: Please notate rental date in memo of Zelle. Security deposits paid electronically will be returned in the same manner after review of clean-up.

Certificate of Insurance with $300,000 liability can be emailed to foxriverestates@gmail.com.
