Frenzy Animal Rescue, founded in 2005 by Betty & Gary Wilkins, has rescued over 2,000 dogs and birds. Our mission is to combat the overpopulation crisis in Hancock County through spay/neuter initiatives, preventing the euthanasia of animals in local shelters. We operate a shelter dedicated to providing a safe haven for rescue animals.
