Chicago's home for great cinema. The Siskel Film Center selects and presents significant world cinema in a non-commercial context that sets aesthetic, critical and entertainment standards. For more than 50 years, the Gene Siskel Film Center has welcomed cinephiles and curious newcomers alike to experience a curated collection of the world's most compelling films. Offerings include film screenings (independent, international, and classic films), film series, annual festivals (Black Harvest Film Festival, Chicago European Union Film Festival, Festival of Films from Iran, Asian American Showcase, Chicago Palestine Festival, Conversations at the Edge), memberships (up to 50% off tickets, discounted concessions, exclusive member presales), donations, venue rentals, and a bi-monthly Gazette publication.
