We use multiple spindle Davenport and Acmes machines, single spindle Marubeni Citizen Swiss computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines and Hydromat rotary transfer machines. All of these machines are capable of producing tight tolerances from common materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. If you require parts from exotic metals, our Swiss machines would be the answer. We turn/mill parts out of copper, A286, titanium, inconel, nitronic 50 and others.
