Grover Center: Museum and Historical Society

The Grover Center collaborates within our communities to honor the history of the county by celebrating its past, engaging in the present, and inspiring the future. The museum features permanent and rotating exhibits including The Streets of Old Shelby, Building Shelby County, and the Train Room with working model trains. Exhibits explore local artifacts, history, and culture — all offered free to the public (donations encouraged). The center also hosts educational programs, community events, field trips, membership benefits, and facility rentals for meetings.
