Haven was established in 2015 by partners Sara Luftman and Dottie Maloney to bring a timeless, modern perspective to Lexington’s design scene. They opened and renovated a 3,000 sq foot downtown store with a mix of antiques and new furniture from high-end brands such as Baker, Century, and A. Rudin.

With a shift in demand, Haven’s focus is now primarily interior design services and they have worked together on many residential and commercial projects. Their residential projects include urban city lofts and condominiums, new home builds in residential subdivisions as well as country estates. Sara and Dottie work with their clients to create beautiful, timeless spaces that are customized for their client’s lifestyle.

The restaurant Epping’s on Eastside and boutique VRBO’s Bourbon Hous, Napa Hous and Brick Hous are a few of their commercial projects. Epping’s on Eastside was listed as one of the top 100 beautiful restaurants in the US by open table.

Sara’s big city roots and Dottie’s Southern heritage create spaces that are comfortable, layered, chic and bring a balance that is beautiful, clean and liveable.
