Hidden Still Spirits

Hidden Still Spirits started its journey in 2014 in Lebanon, PA to become the largest producer of PA Craft Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We are proud to say David E. Bourbon is exactly that & then some, because of our dedication to grain-to-glass & quality premium products. David E. IS Pennsylvania Bourbon. We continue the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name 'Hidden Still' itself is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history. Originally located in downtown Lebanon PA, we moved our total operations into the old Hershey Company recycling facility at 505 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033. Resurrection of the facility has given us an opportunity to invest in the history of Hershey, as well as build on, and make our own history here as well.
