We take great care in selecting our green coffee beans to roast. Our beans are sourced from coffee importers that work close with the growers. They do more than just buy coffee, they help the growers to develop high quality beans and a higher quality of life in the coffee farming communities.

We believe it is more important to know the story behind the bean than having all the certification that a bean has. Many honest hardworking coffee farmers cannot afford the numerous certification that has become so popular for coffee consumer as they choose their brew. In today's coffee world transparency has become the new wave. With that said, we roast certified organic and non organic beans alike. We focus more on knowing the growing practices through our importers reports than the actual certification.

As a roasting and retail business we are constantly evolving. We feel it's not enough to roast the best tasting coffee beans around but be the best business partner we can be to the communities around us. This means being a good neighbor to everyone around us locally and in the coffee farming communities. We treat everyone with dignity and respect... and we mean everyone. We do this not because it's good for business... we do it because it's the right thing to do.
