This prehistoric Hopewell culture mound is one of the only remains of a prehistoric earthworks complex built between about 100 BC and AD 400; the site is preserved for public viewing with painted markers showing outlines of archaeological features and educational information about Native American Hopewell peoples and regional archaeological history.
