I'm so glad you're here! I strive to create the best, most life-changing macarons you've ever had.

My mom's favorite dessert has always been the macaron. When I started learning pastry in my culinary classes I knew I had to learn how to make them. Soon after, they became my obsession.

I graduated from Drexel University with a degree in mathematics and a minor in culinary arts in 2023. I knew I had to give the food industry a shot, and quickly fell in love with it working full time at Zahav in Philadelphia doing pastry prep and as a line cook.

Now here we are! I started making and selling macarons right before I graduated, and am on my mission to make the perfect cookie and grow this little business. I hope you decide to join me on this journey!
