Elizabeth breastfed her three children and knows firsthand the joys and challenges of nursing. That lived experience fuels her empathy for new mothers and her commitment to blending clinical expertise with genuine care.

Since 2001, she’s been walking alongside families—first teaching birthing and breastfeeding classes in Texas, then serving for 16 years as a Mother/Baby nurse and lactation consultant at the Albert B. Chandler Hospital.

In 2017, she founded Lactation Care with Elizabeth (LCE) to bring that same level of compassionate, evidence-based care into a more personal, family-centered setting. As an IBCLC, she continues to expand her expertise in tongue ties, oral function, CranioSacral therapy, and trauma-informed c
