Notes about using the client portal:

1.  You can access the portal: https://www.encyro.com/my
2. When I upload your docs, you will receive an email with a direct link in the email. This will save you a step in logging on. 
3. If you set up your folder last year with a password, you do not need a new link to access the portal.
4. Reminder: your email address is your username
5. To access your docs, select the form and click download. You then want to save the file on your computer. 
6. If you want to use a different email address than you have in the past, I can change it for you.
7. Your password from last year will continue to work. You can reset your password, if you wish, from the log-in page.
8. The portal is not meant for long-term storage. The purpose is to send and receive documents. Download and save the documents on your computer . If you do not want your documents to remain in the portal, you can delete your documents from last year. I can no longer delete the docs that you have uploaded
9.  I will provide a paper and/or digital copy of your return. You want to download and save the pdf file that I upload to your client folder.  There will be a charge to provide additional copies of the return: $70 for an additional paper copy; $50 for additional pdf of return. Any reseach, additional documentation, and data analyses will incur additional charges.
