Thank you so much for visiting my site. Here is the space I feel is where I let you see who I am and why I’m so passionate in changing not only you physically , but most importantly mentally. If I’m not helping you change into a different and better person my time with you will not be justice.

Let’s begin with who I am. My name is Brandon Lewis and I’m originally from Hattiesburg,MS. I’m currently located in the Greater Nashville , TN area and come from a various background of athletics such as Tae-Kwon-Do, football (flag and tackle), soccer,power-lifting, and bodybuilding. Heck I even got into arm-wrestling for a short period of time and believe it or not I actually cheered for the Tennessee Titans during the 2019-2020 season. I am a proud Alumni of the program.

Educationally I hold an undergrad degree in Athletic Training from Louisiana College and Masters in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. My certifications are Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

You don’t have to be athletic or be a current athlete to be able to get in shape. I’ve work in many health facilities including having the job as an aid for physical therapist which gives me a great advantage of being able to work with and program for those who may have special limitations . All you need is the mental will to want to be better. The rest will lie at your feet. I have seriously trained clients in wheelchairs and knee scooters . It’s about your mental grind and the want to be beyond the current deck of cards you’ve had dealt. I’m here to help you place the best deck of cards on the table and walk away knowing you gave it your all. . Everyone deserves a better and higher quality of life. Let me be that go to for you and aid you to that higher spot on the mountain and be on YOUR team.
