We prepare basic life planning documents for everyone: Power of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directive, Standby Guardianship for parents with minor children, Trust/Will. We probate estates and assist in trust administration for those whose documents we drafted.

We also serve seniors and those who love them.

Our goal is to help seniors age in place with dignity, safety, and peace of mind. With the help of our geriatric nurse practitioner, and sometimes in conjunction with a geriatric care manager, we provide direction in navigating the maze of Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Benefits, housing options, and long-term care health systems. We strive to connect seniors to available community resources, and our goal is that the senior be comfortable to the last breath – even if they outlive us.
