In 1977, Bob Underwood purchased a small sandwich shop in Gary, Indiana with a big dream: to serve fresh, delicious sandwiches made with care and a personal touch. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of growing and serving our communities in multiple locations, but one thing has remained the same – our Hobart shop has been a cornerstone of great food and friendly faces for decades.

In 1982, Bob purchased the Hobart location and his son, Buzz, continued the family tradition of quality and service. Today, Buzz and his daughter Brittney proudly run the shop together, keeping Bob’s original vision alive while adding their own passion and energy.
