Linwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Our center exists to serve those who need skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation or long-term care. The entire second floor is dedicated to those who need short-term care as they recover from surgery, illness or injury. Nursing care plans are created with each resident/patient and tailored for individual goals and needs. Long-term care is designed for residents/patients who need daily care on a long-term basis and choose Linwood as their home.
