Manage Chicago ​is located on the south side of Chicago at 433 W 119th St and incorporated in 2008. We like to say "we are in the Thick of IT". We are a very hands-on management company. We believe the key to success in the section 8 business is incredible property management. Thats why when we sell you a Manage Chicago property we stay on as the manager. Most other companies selling properties on the south side do not stay on to manage or refer another company, hence putting blame on that property management company if investment does not meet expectations. We are straight shooters at Manage Chicago - we fix something if it is broke and we bang on doors if CHA (section 8) or tenants do not pay their rent. We do not procrastinate. We currently manage 700 properties on the south side of Chicago.
