See works of art from antiquity to present day in Wisconsin's largest art museum, famous for its moving Burke Brise Soleil, or "wings." The Milwaukee Art Museum features a world-class collection spanning American, Modern, Contemporary, European, Haitian, 20th- and 21st-Century Design, Prints and Drawings, Photography and Media Arts, and Folk and Self-Taught art. Programming includes exhibitions, Thursday Nights at MAM (pay-what-you-wish admission 4–8pm), Lakefront Festival of Art, Yoga at the Museum, art lectures and talks, kids' activities, social gatherings, and tours. Also offering the Kohl's Art Studio (open Friday–Sunday 10am–4pm and Thursdays 4–7pm), Museum Café, Museum Store, memberships, group tours for schools and adults, event and wedding rentals, and MAM at Home digital content. Admission: $27 adults, $20 students/seniors/military, free for kids 12 and under, free for Wisconsin K–12 teachers. Pay-what-you-wish every Thursday 4–8pm.
