Milwaukee's First Yoga Studio Dedicated to Hot Vinyasa Flow. Our classes combine heat, music, breath and movement for a challenging and invigorating experience. At Milwaukee Power Yoga we believe that yoga is for everyone and our classes are accessible for all levels of students from the raw beginner to the experienced yogi and everyone in between. The studio is heated to 95-102 degrees to help muscles and joints become more elastic, increase the heart rate, and detoxify the body through sweating. Classes offered include Hot Power Yoga, Hot Pilates Express, Hot Pilates Sculpt, and Hot Yoga Sculpt. New client special: 2 weeks unlimited yoga for $21.
