It's All About The Dough!

Our pizza begins, of course, with the dough. Our natural leavened dough begins in the back kitchen of the restaurant in the early morning hours of each day. Fine flour, pure water, and our own natural yeast starter combine harmoniously to create a silky, unique dough scrupulously perfected by our owner over nearly a decade. Once balled, floured, and stretched, our dough is sauced with pure crushed tomatoes then dressed to impress with only the finest, freshest toppings-- prepared in house, from scratch.
