Nancy’s Home Care was founded by Felice Searles, a proud United States Air Force Veteran who faithfully served our country for 20 years. With a distinguished career in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, and Recruiting, Felice brings unmatched leadership, heart, and discipline to the field of home care. Her expertise spans sales, marketing, public speaking, and training—skills that now fuel the mission and excellence of Nancy’s Home Care.

Inspired by her God-given purpose to serve others, Felice established Nancy’s Home Care to support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those facing terminal illnesses. The agency is a direct reflection of her compassion and commitment to helping others live with dignity and peace in the comfort of their homes.

The name Nancy’s Home Care honors her beloved mother, Nancy Haynes, whose selfless care for a terminally ill family member exemplified what it truly means to be a caregiver. Watching her mother serve with love, strength, and compassion deeply impacted Felice, shaping the values that guide the agency today.
